Pair!! Bybee Spongeware Candleholders Vintage Folk Art Pottery Ky MINT Signed BB.
One of the oldest pottery companies in the US and no longer in production, Bybee pottery of Madison Kentucky was a family business that spanned generations, and they gathered the yellow clay used from less than a mile from where they made their hand-thrown pottery.    Both of these whimsical pieces are in perfect mint condition!!  They are 4.25'' wide and 2.5'' tall and both are signed BB which is Bybee's signature.  I would date these pieces to 1940-1950's.
