We have a full 30 day return policy! Buyer must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
Q: How do I ship the returned item back to you?

When you contact us we will issue you a return label. Depending on the nature of your return the buyer may or may not be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Yes! On most items an exchange can be easily arranged. However, sometimes we will be out of stock and unable to exchange an item.

UPS will deliver anything over 10lbs with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days. Exceptionally large items may need to be shipped using a freight shipping service. Shipping times for these extremely heavy/ large items will vary. International orders may use different shipping methods and have different shipping durations.
